Now, he focuses on giving clients personalized solutions to improve their operations and make customer experiences even better.
Tony brings extensive experience in both the payments industry and the Clover point of sale system. He works as a strategic consultant with Rowan payments and provides insights and assistance from his 15 years in the industry. When available, Tony will meet with clients together with Rowan payments to bring multiple perspectives to help place the right solutions with clients.
Gabriel brings a high level of energy and dedication to his role. Earlier in his career, Gabriel worked at GameStop, where he was publicly recognized by the Southeast Vice President for consistently outstanding customer reviews. Customers frequently wrote in-depth, glowing feedback about their experience with him—highlighting his exceptional service and personable nature.
Now, Gabriel applies those same customer service skills to support clients—helping resolve issues efficiently while preparing them for their next step toward success.
